Tips On How To Start [revealing| By: Sophie_Benshitta_Maven
How do you set off discovering the core belief that's the linchpin of your whole belief system about your self, about the design of the universe, or about people?
I am going to use my own , personal example, because that I am familiar with it totally... because I know of all my thoughts and because I have been purposefully watching.
Principle number 1: never ever suppose that you have been given THE ONLY solution. The correct answer could possibly be deeper than where you are looking. For example: I thought that my core belief was that I didn't have the permission to live. It felt traumatic, and I shifted it. I could have easily gone my merry way, but that would have been a blunder.
Rule number 2: Your core belief is exactly what irritates you about people. What do I mean?
Whenever others you witness take a step that you would never do, or would never do it in that manner, or it's not the correct way to do it... contemplate that you are dealing with your core belief.
For example: It's been irritating me that my first floor neighbor comes up with demands on my landlord. I have lived here for 8 years, and I never made a demand. I'm aware that the owner of the house is broke, so I make do with a broken down stove, with ceilings that are peeling from a big storm, etc.
Today I watched that the downstairs neighbor has a new fridge installed. I caught my indignation and self-righteous indignation and started to witness. What if I were like that? I had never ever, What i'm saying is NEVER asked that question until now. Why? You'll see... the reaction to my inquiry was high intensity terror. TERROR. Actual physical pain.
What is happening? I've found a bunch of episodes in my life where I got disciplined, by my parents, for requesting one thing or another. She never beat my brothers for the same things. I started to muscle test to get the belief, first in English, after that in Hungarian.
